I've actually seen this on Sic Radical a while ago and I've loved it, partly because I love music and I've played in a little orchestra, so I understood how the orchestra players felt like, but I enjoyed mostly because it applies not only for maestros but anyone who's in charge of a group of people, doesn't matter what that someone is in charge (an employer in charge of employees, teacher in charge of students, a leader in charge of a group,...). It's like a modern Sun Tzu kind of speech.
